Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is remote work available?
Yes. Many roles offer fully remote or hybrid arrangements. Content & SEO and Partnerships roles are fully remote-eligible. Consultancy roles typically operate hybrid with 2 days in London for collaboration and training.
What's the company culture like?
Mission-driven, fast-paced, and collaborative. We celebrate every student placement as a team win. There is minimal bureaucracy, direct access to founders, and a genuine belief that every contribution matters. Regular socials and international university visits keep the team connected.
Do I need medical education experience?
For Admissions Consultant positions, knowledge of the UK medical admissions landscape is strongly preferred. For operations, marketing, partnerships, and support roles, relevant transferable experience matters more. We provide comprehensive onboarding for all new joiners.
What is the interview process like?
Straightforward and respectful of your time: (1) 20-minute phone screen, (2) 45-minute competency interview, (3) short practical task. The entire process takes 1-2 weeks. We provide feedback at every stage.
Is there opportunity for career progression?
Significant opportunity. As a rapidly growing company, we create new senior positions every quarter. Early joiners shape departments and grow into leadership roles. We promote internally wherever possible.
What size is the team currently?
Approximately 15-20 people across admissions, student support, partnerships, content, and operations. We plan to double within 12 months. Joining now means being part of the foundational team that shapes how we operate at scale.
Can I apply if I studied medicine abroad myself?
This is a significant advantage for consultancy roles. First-hand experience of the pathway our students take is invaluable. We particularly welcome applications from graduates of partner universities who want to help the next generation succeed.
Do you offer internships or graduate schemes?
We occasionally offer summer internships and placement-year opportunities, particularly in marketing, content, and student support. Previous interns have been offered full-time positions based on performance.
What qualities do you look for in candidates?
Genuine empathy and belief in our mission. Strong communication, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. We want people who take ownership and genuinely care about helping young people achieve their ambitions.
Is there international travel involved?
Yes, for most roles. Team members regularly visit partner universities across Europe — typically 4-6 trips per year to cities like Prague, Budapest, and Bratislava. Annual team retreats in placement cities. All travel fully expensed.
